It’s that simultaneous feeling of exhaustion and exhilaration at the end of the trail you just hiked, climbed, drove or even snowshoed. It’s about the waterfall you just found, the creek you slipped in, or the high alpine lake you fished. At the end…you’ve earned that first beer (or root beer) and want to share it. You know the feeling!! That’s what Trails End Brewery is about. Come have craft beer, craft pizza, and share your stories! We have lots of maps to point out where you may have had a Sasquatch sighting too! We’ve been perfecting our pizza and craft beer recipes for many years and are ready to serve you great food and drink at the End of YOUR Trail! Bring your tribe!

We’d like to officially introduce you to our Kitchen Manager, Michael Froemsdorf! He’s been busy behind the scenes wearing many hats, but we want to give him a proper welcome!
Michael joined Trails End Brewery in the Spring of 2022, bringing his management experience, passion for the industry, and his love of the outdoors!
Born and raised in Missouri with older siblings who were always on an adventure; Michael fell in love with traveling and exploring new places. His value-based upbringing and love for hospitality has been his driving force throughout his career, which began when he was 17 as a cook for Red Lobster Seafood Co. He grew with the company and went on to manage kitchens over his 10 years. While working, Michael was also attending Southeast Missouri State University, where he earned his degree in Hospitality Management.
After graduating, he took a position as a General Manager with a convenience store chain where he assisted with the Food Director developing a brand theme line of hot serve foods. After a few great years with the company, an opportunity arose to spend a few years in Florida and Tennessee with a larger Central/East Coast company. Michael served as Regional Manager with a focus on the Food and Beverage Dept.
Enter in his love for exploring new places…. In the Fall of 2022, during a road trip up the West Coast and through Idaho, he spent a week in Coeur d’ Alene and fell in love with the area. After deciding to relocate, he found Trails End Brewery, where he can work in the industry he loves, and that is also all about the outdoors. What a match!
If he’s not at the Trails End, he is most likely hiking the trails, or find him camping, golfing, fishing, snowboarding, playing sports, creating social media content, or just enjoying all the things in the great outdoors! If you see him out there, say hi!

🌮Chicken Bahn Mi- Taco of the Week:
Chicken is roasted in fire, topped with pickled julienned daikon, carrot, cucumber, sliced jalapeños and red onion brined in lime juice, rice and red wine vinegars, fish sauce, a little honey and cilantro. Finished with a slightly spicy curry mayo that is sour cream, mayonnaise, sriracha, complex curry pastes, lime juice, rice wine vinegar, fish sauce, coconut milk and a little honey. - Trails End Brewery offers a wide variety of German style craft beers brewed in house on our 10 Bbl system. Trails End’s Head Brewer, Danny brews to the German Purity Standard and all of them are unfiltered. We mainly brew ales, but we also have a few lagers and seasonal offerings.
- At Trails End Brewery we are more that great beer! We feature a Woodstone Brick-Oven front and center to the kitchen. Here we prepare all of our meats, finish our appetizers, craft pizzas and a variety of other things. We take pride in making our dough and bread in house daily, along with house sauces, mustards, and our much talked about House Beer Cheese!
- Expect some pizzas to have a little “char” as each pizza is being cooked on a stone hearth with an open flame. The “char” is like the salt and pepper of our crust; color is flavor!
- Ask about FLIGHTS of beers if you just can’t decide!
- Take home a Crowler or Growler of your favorite beer to share!
- Check our BEER GEAR retail area loaded with hats, shirts, hoodies, cups, growlers, dawg collars/leashes and so much more!
