some things to know:
The Trails End Brewery Mezzanine Event Space has 10 taps with seating at the bar, 2 wall bar seating and 5 dining tables. The Mezzanine capacity is 50. It’s a fun space with a Shuffleboard, Darts, and 2 tv’s that run outdoor videos. With a reservation, tv’s may be used to pair your device to for presentations, or parties. It’s a cool view upstairs, the space looks over the brewery and restaurant space below!

The TRAILS END BREWERY Mezzanine Event Space is a popular space open to the public for dining, games and large parties. The rates to reserve this space reflect per person capacity during peak hours/Holidays and weekdays. Rates are subject to change.

How It All Works
A prepaid deposit is required in full at the time of booking, or minimum of 2 weeks in advance. If you have a last-minute booking, payment must be made within 24 hours of booking for processing. Payments are accepted in the form of check or cash. Receipts and itemized receipts are available when your tab is closed at the end of your event. You have people!
Your reserved private event in the Event Space includes its own service Team; a private Beertender, a server/runner, and the appropriate staffing in the kitchen. You may request your favorite Beertender, we will sure try, but can’t make any promises.
Show your Beertender some love
Gratuity is not included in the Event Space prepaid deposit. Please be considerate of your private Beertender and staff that are designated exclusively to you and your guests. The Event Space reservation fee is for the space, staffing, and booking. You can add gratuity at the end on your final tab or old-fashion cash. Your Beertender tips out servers and kitchen.
Don’t hold back, order another pint!
If your party does not reach the prepaid open tab amount, this is retained as part of the reservation fee, there are no refunds or gift card credits. You are welcome to purchase Crowlers or food to-go to use the remainder of your open tab.

We don’t skimp on food!
Your private reservation includes full access to the TRAILS END BREWERY regular food menu. We do not offer catering, outside catering or large buffet servings. Upon arrival, your Beertender will help guide you with how, when, and how much food to order dependent on the size of your party. We typically start with some appetizers and follow up with pizzas, etc. Foods are served buffet style at the bar.

The Mezzanine has 10 taps that include TRAILS END BREWERY craft beers from light to dark, 1 seasonal beer, 1 guest cider and our House made Root Beer. Ask your Beertender about other beverage offerings in the Mezzanine Event Space, such as wine, canned cocktails, etc. Your party is welcome to order from our full tap list downstairs, ask your Beertender for that menu, he or she is happy to “hop” downstairs. See what we did there? We offer 10 core beers, 6 seasonals and 2 guest ciders in our brewery.
Can’t have the rest of the brewery smelling Thai food!
No outside food or drinks are allowed, with the exception of a celebratory cake or cupcakes. Please let the Event Coordinator know if you are bringing these before your party date. Please provide your own paper plates.

Don’t let your kids be thooose kids
TRAILS END BREWERY is a family friendly gathering; however, we do have a few rules. All ages are welcome upstairs, but just like any bar nobody under 21 years of age may sit at the bar. If you have children, please be mindful of guests dining downstairs below you; keep children from running, yelling and/or playing on the stairs. Your Beertender can provide you with coloring supplies and highchairs. The Mezzanine railings are open, so also be mindful of children dropping toys, etc on our guests below.

If you need to cancel, please offer a 48-hour email notice to [email protected] for your full refund. Refunds may take up to 1 week. Last-minute cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a cancellation fee.
We very much appreciate your consideration to host your party at TRAILS END BREWERY and look forward to celebrating with you. However, if we feel that our space is not a good fit, we have the right to refuse service or cancel a booking for any reason that does not align with our brewery or rules. Keep in mind that if you are looking for a quiet meeting or something similar, our space is not an enclosed quiet space.
Pricing for this event space:
Weekday and Weekend rates
MONDAY-THURSDAY 11AM – 9PM
- Two hours: $600 deposit. / $400 is applied to the total food/drink bill.
- Three hours: $800 deposit. / $500 is applied to the total food/drink bill.
Weekend Rates: FRIDAY-SUNDAY 11AM – 4PM
- Two hours: $800 deposit | $500 is applied to the total food/drink bill.
- Three hours: $1000 deposit | $700 is applied to the total food/drink bill.
Weekend Rates: FRIDAY-SUNDAY 4pm – 10pm peak hours
- Two hours: $1300 deposit | $800 is applied to the total food/drink bill.
- Three hours: $1500 deposit | $1000 is applied to the total food/drink bill.
*IF your PARTY DOES NOT HAVE A tab TOTALING THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT APPLIED TO THE BILL, THIS IS RETAINED AS THE FEE FOR SPACE USED.
**WE ACCEPT CHECKS or cash only FOR DEPOSITS ON EVENTS.

A couple OF rules:
- Children and guests under 21 years of age not allowed to sit at the bar top
- Do not use tacks or nails in the walls when decorating. Please bring your own tape and supplies.
- No burning candles
- No Smoking
- No Running
- No confetti or confetti balloons please
- Most important rule, have fun! Enjoy your guests and let us take care of the rest.
