This weeks special:
Beef Barbocoa Tacos
Beef check seared in a complex Mexican spice blend and braised in the fire low and slow in beef stock, tomatoes, fresh garlic, onions and variety of dried red chilis until tender and juicy.
Served on corn tortillas with a smooth fire roasted tomatillo Verde that also includes fire roasted garlic, onion, jalepenos, fresh lime, and cilantro. Topped with an avocado chili cilantro lime crema, sliced radish, queso fresco, cilantro, and a side of house salsa.
Chickent Tortilla Soup:
This soup is a more simplified version with incredible flavor. Slow cooked whole chicken with dried red chilis, onion and garlic to develop a rich flavor. The chili base is a blended charred ancho, guajillo and japone peppers, fire roasted tomatoes, and caramelized onion and garlic. Added to the soup is fire roasted corn and carrots. Topped with house made fire roasted corn chips, provolone, mozzarella, and cilantro and lime.

Normally, we don’t believe fruit belongs in a beer. But for our dark Mexican lager, we decided a lime would be the perfect addition. Originally based on an old Vienna Lager recipe, El Sendero is a harmonious blend of a robust flavor, light body, and just the perfect beer for the first warm days of the year.
