Trails End Brewery is simply about our love for the outdoors, maps, craft beer, brick oven pizza, and a place to share it with families, friends and new friends!

 It’s that simultaneous feeling of exhaustion and exhilaration at the end of the trail you just hiked, climbed, drove or even snowshoed. It’s about the waterfall you just found, the creek you slipped in, or the high alpine lake you fished. At the end…you’ve earned that first beer (or root beer) and want to share it. You know the feeling!! That’s what Trails End Brewery is about. Come have craft beer, craft pizza, and share your stories! We have lots of maps to point out where you may have had a Sasquatch sighting too! We’ve been perfecting our pizza and craft beer recipes for many years and are ready to serve you great food and drink at the End of YOUR Trail! Bring your tribe!

🌮Chicken Bahn Mi- Taco of the Week:

Chicken is roasted in fire, topped with pickled julienned daikon, carrot, cucumber, sliced jalapeños and red onion brined in lime juice, rice and red wine vinegars, fish sauce, a little honey and cilantro. Finished with a slightly spicy curry mayo that is sour cream, mayonnaise, sriracha, complex curry pastes, lime juice, rice wine vinegar, fish sauce, coconut milk and a little honey. Served with a side of chips and salsa

🍲Beef Pozole is back to pair with this month’s festive menu!

🍕And all month you can enjoy our OG “Fiesta” pizza:

SW-style pizza with our House Chipotle Avocado Crème, 50/50 cheese blend, chicken, cherry toms, red onions, red and yellow bells, black olives, pickled serranos & cilantro.

Hey guys!!👉 In "Tents" IIPA is back on tap!!

You also get a few throwback photos of Kirk and Danny brewing this one over the years 🍻

Predating the idea of Trails End, and much like our Brewery, was the sought-after vision. Recipe began with an idea: an intense double IPA that didn't have the crazy bitterness. Enter "In Tents" IIPA. Hops are added at flame out instead of boil resulting in a strong and intoxicating aroma of sweet citrus and resinous pine, notes of apricot and candied fruit, and enough ABV to remind you that this is a celebration. A toast to 4 years in a community that is behind everything we do. Cheers to many more! 🍻
