Next up in celebrating Idaho Craft Beer Month is our 'Certified Czech' Czech Pale Lager.
We imported the grain, hops and yeast to brew this traditional Czech-style Pilsner. The yeast strain originated in the Czech Republic, can't get more traditional than that!
This beer is light, crisp, and those Saaz hops really stand out! (a personal fave of the owners right now!)
