Day 1 of CBC! What a total privilege to attend a speaking event by Will Guidara (tv show The Bear, and his restaurant Eleven Madison Park was #1 restaurant in the world)!
Hung out with some of our Coeur D Alene friends/brewery peeps, drank great beer and ate great food. There may or may not be videos somewhere of cracking eggs on heads and lots of sake. 🍻🤣
