Today let's talk about our Cryo-hopped Pilsner.
Cryo-hops are freeze dried with liquid nitrogen around -100° Celsius. This allows for resin-rich lupulin glands to be separated from the leafy material. This is a way to get a good, isolated flavor from inside the hop.
To sum it up, and all you really need to know is, this is a clean, crisp Pilsner that was dry-hopped with the unmistakable flavor of Ekuanot Cryo Hops. 🍺
