🍺 There are 4 Teams of local breweries collabing. Trails End & @bombasticbrewing are Team 2 in the North Idaho Brewers Cup

 👏 This is a FRIENDLY & FUN competition between our local breweries/friends! This particular round we all are brewing a Dark Lager of choice. We'll share ours and the name on release date of May 4th! 

🏆 You have until June 15th to make your rounds to all the breweries and vote! Each brewery will have a ballot, grab one and get it stamped at each brewery and vote for your fave! The winner holds the trophy until the next competition, it then moves to the next winner. Thing is.. we are all winners. This is a fun way to colab and do fun beer sh*t! How cool to be in an industry where we are all friends and truly put commeraderie and beer above all!

Day 2 of May stuff!

We're serving up our Fiesta Chicken pizza to the already tapped Dark Mexican Lager and the Mango Pinapple Tajin cheesecakes!
House Fiesta sauce base, cheese blend, chicken, red onions, black olives, pickled serranos, cherry tomatoes and finished with cilantro, and a drizzle of TE fiesta sauce.

May stuff, post 1. There is so much going on for May, but since we were in the kitchen all morning with Kailey tasting these delicious cheesecakes here ya go...

May Cheesecake:

🥭 Mango/Pineapple with a Mango Mirror Glaze & Tajin on top
Or
🍍 Cheesecake with roasted pineapple and Tajin on top

Im speaking for many, but I personally wasnt sure about the Tajin here. This dessert is so so good!
