Youll need an extra napkin for this weeks Brick-oven Teriyaki Chicken Samdwich. 🔥
The chicken is marinated overnight in a Sambal Sauce then fired in the Brick-oven per prder.
Served on a brioche bun with Gruyere cheese, fresh pinapple, lettuce and tomato and finished with a house slaw. The slaw is wonderful on its own, made with red and green cabbages, red onion, carrots, sambal sauce, red wine vinegar, pure sesame oil, salt n pepper, cilantro and a bit of mayo.
Now smash that all together and you have a delious sandwhich!
Soup of the week is a requested repeat:
Lemon Chicken Orzo. Oh you know the one.
Fresh herbs, vegetables, chicken, lemon zest and orzo pasta.

- Trails End Brewery offers a wide variety of German style craft beers brewed in house on our 10 Bbl system. Trails End’s Head Brewer, Danny brews to the German Purity Standard and all of them are unfiltered. We mainly brew ales, but we also have a few lagers and seasonal offerings.
- At Trails End Brewery we are more that great beer! We feature a Woodstone Brick-Oven front and center to the kitchen. Here we prepare all of our meats, finish our appetizers, craft pizzas and a variety of other things. We take pride in making our dough and bread in house daily, along with house sauces, mustards, and our much talked about House Beer Cheese!
- Expect some pizzas to have a little “char” as each pizza is being cooked on a stone hearth with an open flame. The “char” is like the salt and pepper of our crust; color is flavor!
- Ask about FLIGHTS of beers if you just can’t decide!
- Take home a Crowler or Growler of your favorite beer to share!
- Check our BEER GEAR retail area loaded with hats, shirts, hoodies, cups, growlers, dawg collars/leashes and so much more!
